Mothers Day & The Avengers

OK, so ya'll should already know what I got my mom for Mother's Day from my other 2 blogs with "Mother's Day" in the title, but I got her an ELF eyeshadow palette & a set of EcoTools brushes for those who might not remember =) She was happy b/c now she can switch up her makeup everyday, from what I can see she usually wears Grey eyeshadow everyday & it's kind of funny b/c that's what I also used to wear all the time before I got my BH palette & I only wore that b/c it's all I had. As for the EcoTools brushed she went crazy over them b/c she just uses the crappy brushes that come with her makeup she buys & never cleans them + she's heavy handed with them, smh.

But from her reaction I think she's gonna take good care of these & hopefully wash them and not be so ruff with them. I can already predict that she's probably gonna get mad once they're messed up & try to accuse me of switching mine with hers, but that ain't happening. She also asked me if I was gonna help teach her how to apply her makeup, when I've been sending her all the videos from YouTube that I've been learning from -___- Oh well, she has an iPhone & a laptop that she can go on at anytime.

Anywhoo, my mom wanted to celebrate Mother's Day by going to the movies & seeing The Avengers & take it from me it's a MUST SEE.  I wasn't even interested in seeing it b/c I haven't seen Captain America's movie or the Thor movie either, but it turned out to be a Bad Ass movie + I'm defiantly gonna buy it as soon as it comes out on DVD >=D My favorite Marvel person will always be Iron Man, but after seeing this I'm now in love with the Hulk + Thor. The Hulk is just super crazy & unpredictable, so I love him b/c he's funny & indestructible. As for Thor, I really like him b/c of his voice, I've always been into voices since I was little + voice acting & he does give off a "Theatrical" kind of energy as Iron Man pointed out & I like that kind of stuff since I took theatre in high school.

I'm not gonna talk about the whole movie or anything b/c this isn't a review, just wanted to let ya'll know I got to see it =) And guess what? I actually took some pictures today & was happy with my makeup b/c I blended 2 shades of Grey together instead of wearing just 1 all over & I was surprised with how much dimension it gives, I'm defiantly gonna have to start doing it with all kinds of colors.
