Ab Workout

I got my hair cut tonight, so I didn't get my full hour work out in at the gym. I tried to slip some crunches in while Maddie and Ty were playing. Instantly, they came over and jumped all over me! Notice that Ty is eating a bag of Oreo crisps too!
